Enter a Float in the Mullingar St Patrick's Day Parade

Join us on St Patrick's Day 2023 at 3pm with your business, community group, school , club or performance group. We would love to see you all in Mullingar to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

The theme for 2023 is "Green" not only St Patrick's Day Green but Green for the environment. We encourage you to reduce, reuse and recycle for your float idea. We are looking to limit the amount of emissions from large vehicles, reduce the use of plastics (such as balloons) and paper from promotional leaflets.

Rules and Regulations:

1. All Applications will be reviewed by the Mullingar St Patrick's Day Committee

2. If approved the applicant will be asked to sign parade agreement

3. All entries must comply with Health and Safety regulations

4. Commercial fee of €50 (and €25 for each subsequent vehicle)

5. There is no fee for Community or Sports Groups

6. Closing Date for Float entries is March 8th at 5pm

1. Best Overall Entry

2. Most Creative Entry

3. Best Children’s/ Youth Entry

4. Best Club/Organization Entry

5. Best Shop Window Display
